7:00 p.m. Public - Don Gonsalves - discussed the State budget - there is talk about not giving funds for manufacturing equipment. Town could lose as much as 4 million dollars. think we will get 1 million less - important for the Council to have a contingency plan. not acceptable to me as a taxpayer to raise the taxes by 1 million dollars to offset what is happening in the State. A contingency plan should be considered if the State does take the 1 million dollars. What is the 433,000 for the Woodcock property?
