Matt - budget is broken out with Don - look at the budget in the Library - says sewer fees Matt - you have more fees associated with that in other areas Don - Matt - will take a look at the Library's budget that is over there. Don - when I see wages and salaries, is that the actual wages and salaries? Matt - the benefits are in a separate area - the salaries are exactly what they get. Don - fringe benefits, the salaries took a big jump from 09/10 - 1.8% in 2011. Fringe benefits are going up a lot. Think should have a public hearing on fringe benefits. my biggest issue is the reserve account. There is not any information available to the public. There was a WPCA meeting last week. There were some major problems with the reserve account. the public has no access to these reserves. The question asking is why can't we get the information on the reserve account. I am requesting that the information be put on line so the reserve account can be looked at. Sent email to a couple of people, biggest issue 1.7 million in 2013 for the 1/20th payment. Why can't we just propose a performance bond? Has anyone looked into that? Would like someone to look into that. Is the Council of the opinion that everyone is aware of how the main plant is going to be paid for. I think the Council should issue to make sure that everyone knows. the decision needs to be aware of this issue. Main plant is going to be paid for by the taxpayers and feel the residents of this town should know this. People on septic tanks were upset.
