Resolution Reappointing Cile Decker (D) to the Redevelopment Agency (Councilor Hockenberrv) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby reappoints Cile Decker (D) to the Redevelopment Agency for a term ending December 31,2021. *B. Resolution Reappointing William Keohane (R) to the Redevelopment Agency (Councilor Snvder) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby reappoints William Keohane (R) to the Redevelopment Agency for a term ending December 31, 2022.
Resolution Authorizing the Town Manager to Sign a Memorandum of Understanding Agreement Between the Town of South Windsor and the South Windsor Board of Education (Deputy Mayor Paterna) WHEREAS, a Memorandum of Understanding has been drafted which outlines the ways in which the shared space at Wapping School will be used and careful steps have been taken to assign building usage costs to the appropriate entity NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes Town Manager, Matthew B. Galligan to sign and execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Town of South Windsor and the South Windsor Board of Education; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes Town Manager, Matthew B. Galligan to sign and execute any other necessary documentation to facilitate this Memorandum of Understanding.
Resolution Setting a Time and Place for a Public Hearing to Receive Citizen Input on an Amendment to Ordinance #141, Agricultural Land Preservation Advisory Commission (Councilor Rilev) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby sets Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at 8:00 p.m.. in the Council Chambers of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut as the time and place for a Public Hearing to receive citizen input on an Amendment to Ordinance #141, Agricultural Land Preservation Advisory Commission,
Resolution Approving a Refund of Property Taxes to Twenty-Nine (29) South Windsor Taxpayers (Councilor Pendletonl BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby approves a refund of property taxes to twenty-nine (29) South Windsor Taxpayers, the total of said refunds being $6,732.99, and as more fully described on attached Exhibit A.
