Resolution Transferring the Power Purchase Agreement to South Energy Investments, LLC (Councilor Mirek) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes the Town Manager, Matthew B. Land Preservation Advisory Commission and Postponing Consideration of this Motion until the Town Council's Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting (Councilor Pendleton) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby appoints Edward Kasheta, Jr. (D) to the Agricultural Land Preservation Advisory Commission for a term ending November 30, 2019 to fill the unexpired term of Andrew Paterna and postpones consideration of this motion until the Town Council's next regularly scheduled meeting.
Resolution Appointing Kenneth R. Young (D) an Alternate to the Planning & Zoning Commission and Postponing Consideration of this Motion until the Town Council's Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting (Councilor Pendleton) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby appoints Kenneth R. Young (D) an Alternate to the Planning & Zoning Commission for a term ending December 1, 2019 to fill the unexpired term of a vacancy, (previously William Flagg), and postpones consideration of this motion until the Town Council's next regularly scheduled meeting.
Resolution Approving a Refund of Property Taxes to One Hundred Forty- Three (143) South Windsor Taxpayers (Councilor Maneelev) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby approves a refund of property taxes to one hundred forty-three (143) South Windsor Taxpayers, the total of said refunds being $287,089.32.
Resolution Adopting the Establishment of an Ordinance Prohibiting Natural Gas Waste and Oil Waste from Natural Gas Extraction Activities or Oil Extraction Activities within the Town (Councilor Hockenberry) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby adopts the establishment of an Ordinance Prohibiting Natural Gas Waste and Oil Waste from Natural Gas Extraction Activities or Oil Extraction Activities within the Town, as shown in attached Exhibit A.
Resolution Adopting the Establishment of a Construction Noise Ordinance (Councilor Maneelev) BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby adopts the establishment of a Construction Noise Ordinance, as shown in attached Exhibit B.
