Resolution Appointing Councilor Karen Lydecker (D) to the Pension Committee Councilor Pendleton BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby appoints Councilor Karen Lydecker (D) to the Pension Committee for a term ending November 11, 2019, to fill the unexpired term of Jeffrey Glickman.
Resolution Authorizing Town Manager Matthew B. Galligan to Sign and Execute a Tax Fixing Agreement with Scannel Properties Councilor Snyder WHEREAS, on November 5, 2018, the Town Council adopted a resolution approving the offer of a Tax Assessment Agreement with Scannell Properties; and WHEREAS, Scannell Properties and the Town have negotiated the terms of a written agreement NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Windsor Town Council hereby authorizes Town Manager, Matthew B. Galligan to sign and execute said Tax Fixing Agreement on behalf of the Town of South Windsor.
