New Business A. Resolution Approving a Refund of Taxes to Eight (8) South Windsor Taxpayers. (Councilor Cesar Lopez) BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Windsor Town Council hereby approves a refund of property taxes to Eight (8) South Windsor Taxpayers, the total of said refunds being $4358.37 and as more fully described in attached Exhibit A.
